Who I am & how I got here
I’m Marcus Celestin — a strategy and operations leader who has spent the last decade helping organizations bring clarity, discipline, and execution to their most important initiatives.
My career has been spread across ERP consulting, logistics, distribution, aerospace, insurance, and home services.

My career has been spread across ERP consulting, logistics, distribution, aerospace, insurance, and home services.
Through these opportunities, I eventually served as Chief Operating Officer, leading large, cross-functional teams, driving organizational planning cycles, and managing complex operational systems. I learned how to think strategically, lead with data, and execute with precision.
But like a lot of people who climb the corporate ladder, I hit a point where I wanted more control over my life and my work. I stepped out of the boardroom and into entrepreneurship, taking on the challenge of building and operating a service business from the ground up. I wanted to know what it felt like to carry the full weight of decisions, to create something with my own hands, and to show my kids what it means to bet on yourself.
Running a small business forced me to apply all those corporate strategy muscles in a completely different environment — tighter margins, faster feedback loops, and no room for theoretical planning. Execution became everything.
Along the way, I kept getting the same question from other owners and leaders:
“Can you help us bring this level of clarity, structure, and execution to our business?”
That’s how this consultancy started.
Today, I work as a fractional strategy and operations partner for business owners, executives, and founders who need senior-level support — but don’t need (or want) a full-time hire. I help leaders turn their plans into motion, build the systems that keep their team aligned, and create a rhythm of execution that drives real results.
